In order to keep everyone in our communities as safe and healthy as possible, Keuka Housing Council is closing our office to the public beginning Wednesday March 18, 2020 until further notice.


Customers will continue to receive Keuka Housing Council’s services by phone or electronically. In-person appointments can be arranged as needed.

Homeless Outreach

With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for dealing with this challenge. Homeless Outreach is something that we take very seriously, and our team is working each and every day to make a positive impact. Contact us to learn more about our commitment to this cause.

Foreclosure Counseling

There is help for Homeowners that are having difficulty in meeting their obligations and may be falling behind on their mortgage payments or real estate taxes. Keuka Housing’s nationally certified counselors can assist the homeowner with valuable information to enable them to make sound decisions. Together we can work with you on an action plan, budgeting and explore all options that may be available with your lender. There are no fees for this service.

Rental Housing

We provide affordable rental housing in Yates County to qualifying applicants.  These apartments and houses are located in Rushville, Dundee, and Penn Yan.

Homeownership Program

Our Homeownership program is designed to assist area residents to attain the American Dream of homeownership. 

Home Repairs

Grant funding may be available for Homeowners in Yates County for repairs.

Yates County Responds to Coronavirus

The spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has all of our attention. Yates County leadership is working to protect our employees and the public by following all guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), including taking the steps necessary to reduce the threat of COVID-19 exposure to all.
