Keuka Housing Council (KHC) and Whitney Heights Associates
L.P. (WHA), subsidiaries of KHC, own and manage 30 low income
rental units and three commercial spaces occupied by other
non-profit organizations.
All rental units are HUD Section 8 approved, with eleven
having rental assistance. KHC maintains a wait list and
applicants are notified in order of application date and
are scheduled to view the apartment as it becomes available.
Applicants are encouraged to keep their applications up
to date. You can apply online or you can pick up applications
from the KHC office.
Rental units range from $250-$500 a month. All tenants
are responsible for their utilities. NYS—RRAP Rental
Assistance available on all units.
All KHC units are equipped with refrigerators and stoves.
